Assign Slots to a Group

Arcserve Backup consente di assegnare specifici slot a un gruppo di librerie.

To assign slots to a library group

From the Administration menu in the Navigation Bar on the Arcserve Backup Manager Console, select Device Group Configuration.
The Device Group Configuration Welcome dialog opens.
Fare clic su Avanti.
Verrà visualizzata la finestra di dialogo Pagina di accesso.
Completare i campi obbligatori della finestra di dialogo Pagina di accesso, quindi selezionare Avanti.
Verrà visualizzata la finestra di dialogo Opzioni.
Select the server that you want to configure, click the Configure Groups option, and then click Next.
Verrà visualizzata la relativa finestra di dialogo. Le periferiche libreria con i corrispondenti slot (disponibili per l'assegnazione) vengono visualizzati nell'elenco Periferiche disponibili.
From the Available Devices list, select the slots that you want to assign to a group. You can select one available slot at a time, or you can select the library to assign all of its available slots to a group.
From the Groups list, select the group to which you want to assign the slot.
Fare clic su Assegna.
Arcserve Backup removes the slot from the Available Devices list and places it in the Groups list, below the group to which it was assigned.
Repeat Steps 5 through 7 to assign more slots to groups.
Nota: If there are no slots available, you can remove them from their currently assigned group to make them available to other groups. To do this, from the Groups list, select the slot that you want to make available to other groups and click Remove. The slot is now available to other groups. You can now perform Steps 5 through 7 to assign the slot to a different group.
Fare clic su Fine e quindi su Esci per chiudere Configurazione gruppo periferiche.
Gli slot vengono assegnati ai gruppi di librerie.
