Use the Manual Check In and Retire option to check a tape volume back into Tape Service before the time it is scheduled to be checked in, and retire it so it is no longer used.
To use the Manual Check In and Retire option, in the left pane of the MM Admin window, double-click the Vault object to see a list of existing vaults.ボールトを選択すると、右側ペインに情報が表示されます。Select the name of the media you want to move, right-click, and select Manual Check In and Retire.
