Reason:

Oracle TNS ファイルが以下のデフォルトの場所に見つかりません。

$ORACLE_HOME/network/admin

Action:

Oracle TNS ファイルが以下のデフォルトの場所に見つからない場合

1. agent.cfg ファイルの Oracle セクションに以下を追加します。

   TNS_ADMIN=<right file directory>
   

2. caagent update コマンドを実行します。
