Agent for Oracle が Arcserve Backup 内でインストールされたマシンを登録する時に、マシンの実際のホスト名だけを入力します。The hostname can be accessed by running the hostname command from the command line on the machine where the Agent for Oracle is installed.
Agent for Oracle を登録する時は、エージェント テクノロジ サーバ上の Oracle ユーザは、ベース製品がインストールされる Windows サーバ上の caroot と同等の権限が以下のコマンドを使用して与えられる必要があります。
ca_auth [-cahost BABhost] -equiv add <Oracle user> <OracleHostName> caroot [caroot_username] [caroot_password]
サーバ側でこのコマンドを実行した後は、バックアップ ジョブ中に引き続き以下のエラーがアクティビティ ログに表示されます。
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 上の Arcserve Backup サーバでユーザ Oracle を認証できませんでした。ca_auth を使用して caroot と同等の権限を作成してください。
このシナリオでは、Agent for Oracle がインストールされるサーバ上で以下のコマンドを実行します。
