配置 Kaseya 伺服器的 Log Parser (日誌剖析器)

若要檢視有關 CA ARCserve Central Protection Manager 警示的資訊，請將 Kaseya 伺服器配置為讀取 CA ARCserve Central Protection Manager 警示日誌檔中的資料。

請依循下列步驟:

1. 開啟瀏覽器視窗並登入到 Kaseya IT 管理主控台。
2. 從視窗左方的導覽列上，按一下 Monitor (監控器)。

   監控器即出現。

3. 展開 Log Monitoring (日誌監控) 並按一下 Log Parser (日誌剖析器)。

   Log Parser (日誌剖析器) 配置選項顯示。

4. 在 Machine.Group ID 清單中，按一下 CA ARCserve Central Protection Manager 伺服器旁的核取方塊。

   從 Log File Parser (日誌檔剖析器) 下拉清單中，按一下 <Select Log Parser> (選取日誌剖析器)。

   按一下 [新增]。

   Log File Parser (日誌檔剖析器) 定義對話方塊開啟。

5. 填寫 Log File Parser Definition (日誌檔剖析器定義) 對話方塊上的下列欄位：

   Parser Name (剖析器名稱)

   定義 Log File Parser (日誌檔剖析器) 檔的名稱。

   Log File Path (日誌檔路徑)

   定義 CA ARCserve Central Protection Manager 伺服器上日誌檔的路徑。 日誌檔的路徑如下：

   <HOME_CA ARCserve Central Applications>\ITMgmtIntegration\<log_fle_name>
   

   CA ARCserve Central Protection Manager 產生支援 Unicode 與非 Unicode 字元的日誌檔。 日誌檔的名稱將分別命名為：

   非 Unicode：

   CentralAppAlertsForKaseyaANSI.log
   

   Unicode

   CentralAppAlertsForKaseyaUTF8.log
   

   重要！ Kaseya IT 管理主控台不支援 Unicode 字元。 因此，請使用名為 CentralAppAlertsForKaseyaANSI.log 的日誌檔。

   Log Archive Path (日誌封存路徑)

   定義 CA ARCserve Central Protection Manager 伺服器上要封存日誌檔的路徑。 按預設，當檔案超過 10 MB 時，Protection Manager 將封存日誌檔。

   附註：若要指定不同的值讓 Protection Manager 封存日誌檔，請修改下列檔案中的 MaxLogFileSize (MB 為單位) 值：

   Output Template (輸出範本)

   定義 Kaseya 伺服器上輸出資料的格式。 使用下列語法：

   $Protection Manager Server$ $Generated by$ $Host Name$ $Severity$ $Sent$ $Message$
   

   Log File Parameters (日誌檔參數)

   建立下列日誌檔參數：

   附註：指定參數類型後，請按一下 Apply (套用) 以儲存參數。

   CA ARCserve Central Protection Manager 機器名稱

   類型：String

   警示產生的產品

   類型：String

   警示產生的機器名稱

   類型：String

   Severity (嚴重性)

   類型：String

   從原始產品傳送的時間

   類型：DateTime

   格式：YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss

   Alert Message (警示訊息)

   類型：String

   按一下 [儲存]。

   Log Parser (日誌剖析器) 定義即儲存。

6. 按一下 Close (關閉)。

Log Parser Definition (日誌剖析器定義) 對話方塊關閉，完成建立日誌剖析器定義檔並套用到 CA ARCserve Central Protection Manager 伺服器。
