Uninstall CA ARCserve D2D for Linux

You can uninstall CA ARCserve D2D for Linux from the command line of the D2D Server. The uninstall process removes all the files and directories that are created during the installation of the software.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the D2D Server as a root user.
  2. Navigate to the bin folder where CA ARCserve D2D for Linux is installed with the following command:
    # cd /opt/CA/d2dserver/bin/
    
  3. Run the following command to uninstall CA ARCserve D2D for Linux:
    # ./d2duninstall
    

    A message displays after the uninstallation is complete.

CA ARCserve D2D for Linux is uninstalled from the server.
