Select Recovery server(s)

This section provides information about how to perform the third step of selecting a recovery server to run the instant VM.

The Recovery server(s) screen displays the list of selected nodes with details such as VM Name, VM Type, Recovery Server, and Plan Details. For each node in the list, you can select the recovery server to run the instant VM.

Follow these steps:

1. From the Recovery server(s) screen, on each node, perform the following:

• For Recover Server, from the drop-down list, select the required recovery server.
• For Plan Details, hover over the information icon to verify the details of the plan.

• Notes:
• For Linux backup sessions, the recovery server is a Linux Backup Server.
• When the hypervisor is VMware vSphere, the Windows Network File System (NFS) role must be installed in the Recovery Point Server. It gets installed automatically during the Instant VM process.. 2. Click Next.
3. The Virtual Machine(s) Settings screen appears.
