Install Agent in the Virtual Machine (User)

A virtual machine needs an agent to communicate to the Recovery Point Server (RPS). You can get the agent working in your virtual machine using one of the following methods:

1. Deploy the Agent to the virtual machine. For more information about deploying the agent, see Deploy Agent to Nodes.

2. Install agent inside the virtual machine. For more information about installing the agent, see How to Install Arcserve UDP agent.
