LICINFO Command—Collect License Documents (Windows, UNIX, and Linux)

Use the LICINFO utility to collect license documents on a computer to help troubleshoot Arcserve product licensing problems from a command line. Once the utility executes, create a ZIP file of the generated directory and send the ZIP file to Arcserve technical support for diagnosis.

Arcserve product license documents are collected in your local temp directory in a subdirectory called licinfo. If the licinfo directory exists in your local temp directory, the existing licinfo directory is renamed to licinfo_bak automatically. You should remove any previous licinfo_bak directories prior to running LICINFO.
