A job from the Informix Backup or Restore Utility is in the job queue, but nothing is happening

A job from the Informix Backup or Restore Utility is in the job queue, but nothing is happening.

Reason:

Arcserve Backup engine services are not running.

Action:

Using the Server Admin feature, start the Arcserve Backup engine services--Database, Tape, and Job Engines. If you start the engines from any other location, be sure to start the Database Engine first.

If the Database Engine service is not started first, media information may not merge properly.
