Delete a User Using the User Profile Utility

The User Profile Utility lets you delete Arcserve Backup users.

Note: You cannot delete the default Arcserve Backup user name (caroot).

To delete a user using the User Profile Utility

1. Open the Arcserve Backup Manager Console.

   From the Quick Start Menu select Administration and click User Profile.

   The User Profile utility opens.

2. Select the user that you want to delete and click Delete on the toolbar.

   Click OK to confirm that you want to delete the user profile.

   The user is deleted.
