Access Log File Viewer

You can access the <aof> Log File Viewer from the Backup Manager.

To access the <aof> Log File Viewer

1. Select a computer from the browser in the left pane of the Source tab.
2. Right-click the computer that has the Windows Engine installed and select View Agent for Open Files Log File from the pop-up menu.

   The agent log files on the selected computer are displayed.

   You can also select this option from the Additional Information pane on the Backup Manager. This option is enabled only if the <aof> Console and Arcserve Backup Manager are installed on the same computer.

To access the BAOF Log File Viewer for Server (name) from the console, select a server from the File Servers list and click View Log.

Note: The View Log button is enabled only if you configure <aof> to backup open files.
