To resolve this condition, perform the following actions:

Determine if the backup or restore failed because an incompatible database option was set. For more information, see Valid Operations with SQL Server Database Options.
Check the Agent for Microsoft SQL Server log file sqlpagw.log for specific errors. This log is located in the Backup Agent directory.
