Note: CA ARCserve Central Reporting does not contain Update 1, Update 2, and Update 3. We are starting with Update 4 to synchronize the names of the updates with CA ARCserve D2D.

Note: To manage and protect nodes running CA ARCserve D2D r16 Update 4, you must install the Update 4 version of this application on the CA ARCserve Central Applications server.

Live Chat provides real-time monitoring and live help/support. Live Chat lets you optimize intelligent conversation between you and the CA ARCserve Central Applications Technical Support team. The chat allows you to address your concerns and questions immediately while still maintaining access to the product. Upon completion of the chat session, you can send a transcript of the chat to your email address.
Note: You may need to add the Live Chat link to your Trusted sites.

To prevent this problem from occurring, do one of the following based on the browser you are using:

A list of preferences is displayed.

Note: If the Styles key is not available, create a key and name it Styles.
Note: If you are uncertain as to what value to set the key to, you can use 0xFFFFFFFF.
