Verify that the CA ARCserve D2D Installation was Successful

Follow these steps:

  1. Verify that the D2D icon appears in the system tray.
  2. Navigate to services.msc from the command prompt tab and click OK.
  3. Verify that the D2D services is up and running from the Services Manager.

  4. Open the command prompt window and type the following driver name to verify that the state is running: 
    Sc query ARCFlashVolDrv

  5. Type the following driver name and verify that the state is running: 
    Sc query AFStorHBA

    The CA ARCserve D2D was installed successfully.
