Failed to Download CA ARCserve D2D Updates

If you are not able to download CA ARCserve D2D updates, follow these steps:

  1. From the CA ARCserve D2D home page, click View Logs and read the error message.
  2. Verify that you have a good network connection.
  3. Verify that there is enough disk space.
  4. From the CA ARCserve D2D installation home path, access the Logs folder (D2D Updates.log).
  5. Check the log entries for detailed error messages.
