After upgrading from CA ARCserve D2D r15 to r16, the backup sessions do not include any Microsoft SQL database information. This may be caused by the SQL server not starting automatically in a virtual environment. If this occurs, verify that the SQL database is in a good state and retry the backup.
If the problem persists, you can change the startup type of the SQL server to "Automatic (Delayed Start)".
