Troubleshooting CA ARCserve D2D › Merge Session is Skipped
Merge Session is Skipped
If the oldest recovery point is skipped in the merge operation, perform the following troubleshooting procedure after you submit a new backup when the specified recovery point count limit is exceeded:
- Open the Mount Recovery Point dialog to see if you have any recovery points mounted. If any recovery points are mounted, dismount them.
- Open Windows Explorer and switch to the backup destination to see if the session is under the ARCserve D2D View. If it is, change to the Windows Explorer View.
- Verify if any file copy jobs are running.
