解壓縮代理程式日誌

診斷公用程式所產生的日誌檔都是壓縮格式。若要檢視日誌檔，您必須解壓縮這些檔案。

請按照下列步驟操作：

1. 將 .arcZIP 檔案複製到以安裝 UDP 代理程式的機器。

   建立使用診斷公用程式建立 .arcZIP 檔案。

2. 使用指令提示字元，瀏覽至下列路徑：

   %ProgramFiles% \Arcserve\Unified Data Protection\Engine\BIN\DiagnosticUtility
   

3. 執行下列指令，瞭解如何執行批次檔：

   arcserveAgentSupportInternal.bat-help
   

   BaseOperation loadDefaultValue
   

   資訊：Load Agent install path C:\Program Files\Arcserve\Unified Data Protection\Engine\
   

   用法：arcserveAgentSupportInternal.bat [OPTIONS] rawfile
   

   -help 					 					 					 					 					 					 					  列印說明
   

   -keepFile 					 					 					  保留暫存檔案
   

   -path <引數> 					  內容需要解壓縮的路徑
   

   說明區段隨即顯示。

4. 使用下列指令解壓縮檔案：

   arcserveAgentSupportInternal.bat –path <should_be_the_same_machine_where_you_want_to_unzip> <name_of_the_zip_file>
   

代理程式日誌隨即解壓縮。
