You can connect to the internet using a proxy server when registering your software or yourself as a customer. You can specify or change your proxy settings if you are registering through a firewall.
Follow these steps:
Specifies your computer is directly connected to the internet.
Specifies your installation supports the Microsoft Windows Auto Proxy feature.
Note: For more information about the proxy feature, see the Microsoft website.
Specifies you must use a proxy server to reach the internet by defining the IP address or hostname of your proxy server and the port of your proxy server. The default port is 80.
The proxy settings for the internet are set.
