Register Your Product After Installation

You can register a product after installing a product or if you asked to be reminded to register the product. Registration provides you with product update information and informs Arcserve that you are a customer. During registration of your product, you provide your contact information.

Follow these steps:

1. Select Help, About, Register in the product menu.

   The product Registration dialog appears.

2. Complete the required fields in the User Information section of the product Registration dialog and click Register. If you are registering through a firewall and must use a proxy server to reach the internet, click Proxy in the Arcserve Registration Proxy Settings dialog to define your firewall settings.

   The registration process completes.
