ARCserveCfg.exe - Examples

The following are examples of syntax for the ARCserveCfg.exe command:

• Use the following command to update the Arcserve Backup domain name:

  ARCserveCfg.exe -reconfig -arcservedomain <NewARCserveDomainName> -username <WindowsUserName> -password <WindowsUserPassword> -carootpassword <CarootPassword>
  

• Use the following command to update the primary server name:

  ARCserveCfg.exe -reconfig -username <WindowsUserName> -password <WindowsUserPassword> [-carootpassword <CarootPassword>]
